“Insomnia sharpens your math skills because you spend all night calculating how much sleep you’ll get if you’re able to ‘fall asleep right now.’” (Anonymous) If you have problems falling asleep, consider changing professions and becoming a sheep herder. After all, it’s hard to count all those sheep without nodding off in the process. Sometimes I lay awake at night thinking about the next chapter of my book. If I fall asleep too quickly, then it’s probably not going to be very interesting to the reader. But if it keeps me awake, it’s going to be a great chapter. So if you find yourself laying there calculating how much sleep you are losing, just open my book and it will either put you right to sleep or keep you awake for a good reason. 10/14
